Eloise Grey delivers to many countries in the world via courier. This takes a few days. The delivery charge for your country will show after you have registered. For some countries it won't show and that means that Eloise Grey will write to you for your approval before taking payment.
Customers outside the EU will be responsible for customs payment and these vary from country to country.
If you want to return your garment then you are responsible for ensuring that it arrives at Eloise Grey safely and in the same condition as it arrived. Please contact Eloise at contact@eloisegrey.com
if you want her courier to arrange pick up. This will be charged at the same rate as the outgoing postage. You will be refunded the price of the garment.
