Skirts, jackets and coats have free delivery and swatches are inclusive of delivery in the UK.
Your coat or jacket will be wrapped up and put in a box or for lighter-weight items it will be a package. Sometimes Eloise recycles boxes that have been used before in order to reuse them, though she tries to make sure it’s not too scruffy.
If your garment is in stock it will be sent within a matter of days. Eloise uses couriers or Royal Mail (for the UK). If your garment is not in stock it will be made up for you and sent within 28 days. You will be charged prior to starting work on the garment.
For overseas shipping costs depend on the destination. Please contact Eloise Grey for postal rates if your country is not listed. Note for Customs: You may be liable to pay customs duty in your country if you live outside the EU. This is unfortunately your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to return the garment if you wish to do so. Please use Special Delivery if you are sending a coat or jacket back.
If the tweed shows creases these often fall out over night if you hang up your garment or you can iron it gently. Linens, cottons and hemp will normally need to be ironed.
