You may return your garment and receive a full refund if you send your garment back to Eloise Grey within 28 days from the day on which it is delivered. It gives you
time to work out if the garment fits right and goes with all your clothes.
You may also request a full refund within 7 days if you change your mind about your order.
Please let Eloise know you are planning to return the garment as soon as you have
decided to do so. Send the garment to Eloise Grey, 7 Quintin Court, Spencer Road, London W4 3SL, UK, in the same packaging as that in which you received
your garment if possible. It is your responsibility to ensure that your garment
arrives at Eloise Grey and this will be at your expense. It is recommended
to use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Eloise
will refund you when she receives the garment as long as it’s
in saleable condition. You will be refunded by credit card if you paid in this
way, or by cheque or as discussed with Eloise.
If you have requested some form of customisation,
the returns policy is at the discretion of Eloise Grey.
