VISIT THE STUDIO

Come and see the whole collection in the studio in Surrey. We are about 35 miles from London, in a village called Elstead, between Godalming and Farnham.

Eloise Grey’s coats are made to order and can take up to 5 weeks. Often it’s much sooner as some coats are in stock. You can either arrange to pick up your coat

from Eloise Grey in Surrey or have it delivered at a flat £9.00. Please ensure you keep the packaging if you want to return your product.

Eloise Grey has a no-quibbles returns policy. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your coat you are welcome to do so as long as you return it unworn in the same condition to Eloise Grey at The Old Farmhouse, Farnham Road, Elstead, Surrey GU8 6DB. You will be refunded the original amount plus the original postage. It’s a good idea to email Eloise Grey to notify your

intention to return.

Please complete the returns form and send your coat back. You will be responsible for ensuring it arrives so you may want to insure it and send by registered post. Please send your coat back within 21 days.

Any coats that have alterations such as extra hem allowance are at the discretion of Eloise Grey.
