Delivery is normally using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier. Postage in the UK is free or in the case swatches included in the price. For international delivery there is a charge which you will see when you get to the checkout.

Recycled or reused packaging is used where possible. If you are ordering from stock it will arrive in a matter of days, otherwise your garment will be sent within 28 days.

This is absolutely fine within 28 days for both garments in stock and garments made to order (though this may not be valid in the case of customised garments). You can see if you like the garment in the tranquility of your own home and just post it back if it’s not quite right. You will be fully refunded except the cost of returning it. It is your responsibility and cost to ensure the garment arrives so it’s a good idea to use Special Delivery if you are in the UK. Returns are also valid for international orders and Eloise will advise on the best way to arrange this. Email Eloise Grey to notify your intention to return.

Any garments that have alterations such as extra hem allowance are at the discretion of Eloise Grey.

Eloise Grey accepts Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Visa Delta Cards, Cheques. Payment will be made prior to cutting the tweed or if it’s in stock, on delivery.

Your card details are stored securely for the purposes of processing your order and removed after the refund period expires.
